Steps on how to pay your electricity bill:
1. Download the LAZADA App
2. Click LOAD, BILLS & COUPON icon
3. Click PAY BILLS
4. Select ELECTRICITY
5. Select NORECO II
6. Input your NORECO II Account Number, Payable Bill Amount, and the AMOUNT YOU INTEND TO PAY.
Steps on how to pay your electricity bill:
1. Go to PAY BILLS
2. Choose ELECTRIC UTILITIES
3. Search biller NORECO 2
4. Provide your Account Number, Account Name and Email Address
Note:
• This is real time payment.
• Transaction reference will serve as your receipt.

2. Select "Electricity"
3. Search biller "Negros Oriental II Electric Cooperative"
4. Provide your "Account Number, Account Name and Amount"
5. Review your payment details and click "Pay Now".

Bank Partners / Fund Transfer
For Bank/Fund Transfer please notify NORECO II of your payment for the issuance of Official Receipt by sending an email of the bank transaction slip/ deposit slip to fsdcash@yahoo.com.ph with the following consumer details:
1) Account Name
2) Account Number
3) Amount Paid
